Halfway on the Gulf
Well, it’s been a minute or two since our last update post. We are already halfway through our stay in Gulf Shores. Time has been flying. Work has been busy and when the weather has been good, we’ve been biking a bit. We’ve had a few beach days and are enjoying our decision to be here for winter. After incessant calling we also are able to stay in the same park the whole time after cancellations. As I said, work has been busy here. Kind of what we had in mind initially with this adventure. There are definitely challenges to not being a local or being able to advertise on Google. Sourcing some parts and setting up accounts with vendors has been a bit of a hassle without a “business address” but we are wading through that. We became seRV ambassadors with Lippert and are setting up volunteer events down here and working on Alaska. It is a fun new challenge and rewarding to give back. It’s going to make the year fly b...
