Change of Plans

Yesterday’s road trip was a little longer than planned.  We pulled into our campground “Rancho Oso” in the Los Padres National forest.  The winds were blowing about 30 mph, there were extreme fire dangers signs everywhere, some campgrounds were closed and the forest service fire crews were patrolling back there.  After seeing all

of that we decided it would be best to not be so far back on a one lane road with one way in and one way out.  So we drove all the way to Temecula.  LA traffic in any vehicle sucks...it’s even worse with the trailer.  We are staying at our third @harvesthosts location.  @akashwinery has a large lot that can accommodate a bunch of rigs.  We came in late but had them set aside a little Rose’. #harvesthosts #rvlife #roadtrip2020 #nowildfires #livelancelife #lance2075

  1. I was wondering whether or not the fires had an impact on your travel schedule.
