Really enjoying Nashville

Yesterday we had our usual morning routine and had to run over to Camping World for propane.  $4.49 a gallon, inflation and demand?  We then got on the shuttle and headed for downtown.

We were dropped off by the Country Music Hall of Fame and museum again.  We decided to do the RCA Studio B tour and the museum.  We took a bus over to the studio and got to check that out for about 45 minutes.  It was pretty cool, lots of talent has been in those rooms and hallways.  I got to sit at Elvis’ favorite piano and they told us about the colored lights.  Elvis would play certain genres of songs to different lighting.

The museum was fun to walk around in.  So much stuff to see and if you stopped to read everything, you’d be there for a month.  We spent about 90 minutes in there.

We then walked down to Ole Red for a quick snack.  Redneck Nachos.  They were really good, but ruined our workout and dinner plans.  Todd Cameron was playing music and he is really good.  We had just heard him on Spotify last week.

After Ole Red, we headed up to Legends Corner.  Another cool spot in Nashville.  So much talent has performed in there over the years.  I noticed a Jimmy Buffet album and thought it was Sacha Baren Cohens character, Borat.

We caught the 6:30 bus back to the park and fed the kids.  I hit the pool and hot tub for a bit.  It was a zoo with several families having a pizza party.  The guy from Texas was there again and mentioned it was nice meeting me and the other guy who was there.  Either he had some beers on board or I’m not recognizable from the night before.
