Overnighter in Maryland

Yesterday we got up and began packing.  We did some laundry and then hit the road.  We would’ve liked staying in the area a few more days but had to leave as the park was full.  We found a last minute spot to overnight near the Baltimore airport.

Cedarville State Forest campground had one open spot that would fit the rig.  We had a pretty uneventful 3 hour drive to get over here.  The Bay Bridge was huge though and the view was amazing.  There were a ton of ships stacked up to come into port.  We also caught a glimpse of Annapolis and the Naval Academy.

We got to the park and got set up.  We used a few blocks to level and didn’t bother unhooking the trailer.  We then walked about 6 laps around the park to get our 10,000 steps in and stretch the pups legs.  There was a feral cat laying in the sun that was there every lap.  It looked evil.  We also passed a campsite where they brought their own sign.  It made us laugh and reminded us of our first camping trip to Detroit Lake in Oregon.  The Beavers know what we’re talking about.

We also did some meal prep and made some dinner.  We also split a bottle of red from our time in NJ.
